Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Noor Break app and website. By using Noor Break you agree to them. Noor Break is also licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these Terms and the Apple EULA differ, both apply to the extent possible.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Noor Break on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. The community feed & your content

Noor Break includes a community feed where Pro members can post duas (supplications) that other users can say “Ameen” to. You keep ownership of what you write, and grant us a license to display it within the app's community feed.

  • Zero tolerance. There is a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, offensive, illegal, hateful, or abusive content and for abusive users. Posting such content is prohibited.
  • Moderation. Every dua is reviewed before it appears in the public feed. We may remove any content and suspend or block any user at our discretion, especially in response to a report.
  • Report & block. You can report a dua or block a user from within the app. We act on reports promptly.
  • You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it. Do not include personal or sensitive information in a public dua.

3. Subscriptions (Noor Break Pro)

  • Noor Break Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as yearly, monthly, and weekly plans, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Current pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the app or its backend services. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

5. Religious content

Prayer times, Qibla direction, and Quran content are provided for your convenience and calculated using standard methods you select. They are not a substitute for your own diligence; please verify times against a trusted local source where it matters.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Noor Break is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
